Who we are

What we collect

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply and, where relevant, improve our pages. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Field-note composer. The contact composer runs entirely in your browser. We do not receive or store anything you type unless you choose to email it to us.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers or build user profiles.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing conversation or legal obligation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
